Michial has completed construction management advisor services on over half of his design projects since 1990. He has been the Architect of Record and/or Construction Manager for over $500 million in construction projects. Comprehensive professional services offered by MULARONI+CO begin at site inception, including land development, project planning, methodology, building science, architectural design, construction documents and building construction. About The Owner

Michial Mularoni
Michial Mularoni is a registered architect and graduate of the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology, School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture with degrees in Architecture and Environmental Design. Michial is a long standing member of the architectural community in the Twin Cities area since 1974. Michial has extensive experience in land planning, city planning, architecture and construction management.

Initial design concepts are drafted and presented to the client for approval.
 
4. PERMITS & FILING
Building plans are finalized and submitted to the building department along with any necessary permit applicactions.
